We have moved to a bigger, better venue that will serve your needs fully. We are now situated at the Boma, 4 km from the Diamond Pavilion Mall out on the N8 road towards Bloemfontein.

No put-downs, No action that will cause embarrassment, create uncomfortable feelings, show of disrespect or inconsideration is accepted. No one does or say anything that will put them-self or any one ells down. Every participant’s sole purpose is to help them and their fellow workers attain higher levels of personal and group achievement

Observation walk


Every time participants move from point A to point B they will have the opportunity to share what they have observed, no observation is ever wrong. This develops communication skills and boosts self-esteem.

Activities

All of our activities, each with its own scenario is designed to enhance team work. Partaking in problematic physical activity’s participants develops interpersonal relationships and experience individual growth through self-discovery. Participants develop a greater self-confidence and at the same time acquire a sense of trust and commitment to their fellow workers.
Participants also learn to respect and support each other by working in a racially, culturally, sexually and physically diverse group. Here group members must identify and take advantage of each other’s physical and mental capabilities to successfully complete the activity

Opinion line-review session                                                

What went wrong and why? With our special method of review each individual answers the review questions by moving his or her body to a position on a line between 0 and 100.This develops participation and generates learning from experience

In this very unique exercise we teach positive vision and speech. By reserving positive and uplifting input from colleges you enhance positive self- image and at the same time individuals develops the art of searching for positives. This creates a culture of complimentary and uplifting comments to co-workers which in turn creates a more positive, productive worker and workplace. Disciplinary issues have a tendency to dissolve in such an environment

                             Individual written review sessions

Our two main objectives in these sessions are Personal assessment and a choice to behavior change. Here each individual answers himself and list his possible adjustments he want to make.  

Group discussion and written review sessions

These sessions will develop the individual’s abilities to contribute to group decision making. It also develops the ability to respect differences existing within a group. These sessions also develop a feel for the art of problem solving and it disciplinary nature.
